The Restoration of the Former Zlín County Court

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for building permit and a part of building design documentation, based on architectural study prepared in subject named AG34 – Architectural Design Studio IV. Main content of the study was reconstruction of the former Zlín county court building and finding a new function for the object that is situated near Zlín castle, Míru square and Svobody park. Basic idea of the project was to utilize as large part of the prime building as is possible, avoid increasing of the built-up area and design a context-friendly object that will bring some new life in this part of the town. Important was also underlining of the most impressive parts of the building that are baroque vaults in the ground floor and frontage from 1922 in the “Czech Modernism” style. Worrisome extension from the 1990’s got a lighter “Czech Modernism” expression, its scale was humanized using brickwork and a new terrace with a clear shot at the Zlín castle was created. The parterre is now friendlier and invites passers-by to visit the new micro-brewery. A literary café with a small gallery provides some cultural activities and also a bicycle rental is here to provide some physical activities too. Upper floors consist a pension and a hostel.
Pension

The subject of this final thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for the building construction of a new pension with restaurant and wine cellar. The compound is located in Vážany nad Litavou. Its location falls under Velké Pavlovice area. Due to the location in this wine-growing region is in the project located, a wine cellar with a vineyard. The project is designed as a guesthouse with the restaurant designed for families with children, and for holding small social or company events. For this purpose, is in the main building designed a lounge with capacity of 20 people and a restaurant with capacity of 60 persons. The accommodation capacity provided in the pension is 43 beds. Pension offers background designed for relaxation or wellness stays thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. The building has rectangular plan on two basements and two above-ground floors with a mono-pitched roof facing south. This makes it possible to use solar power from the roof and south-facing facade. Water from the roof of the building is collected in a small pond, which serves as a storage reservoir useful in case of fire and vineyard irrigation. Near the building there are paved and parking areas.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the explanation of the problems of air conditioning and the design of air conditioning units in a civil engineering building, more precisely in the pension. the work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theory. It focuses on the principles, systems and types of air conditioning equipment. The second part is focused on the design of air conditioning units in the pension, there are three separate devices with a common drain to the exterior from the air conditioning engine room. The third part deals with project documentation.

Horse Breeding and Training Farm

The bachelor´s thesis was based on semester project of atelier work in 3rd semester. Topic of the project is The area for breeding and training horses in village Lipůvka, which is situated in the north side from the city Brno. Designed building is situated on a site by the forest at the end of the village. Whole object is separated to 3 parts according to their functions. Part A includes riding school, part B is for public which includes pension and restaurant, part C includes stables for horses with secondary rooms. Part A and C are designed as wooden and part B is designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm with ceramic ceiling and combination wooden element and wooden roof. Building is especially functional and with its appearance is approaching to nature and not disturbing surroundings.
Boarding house Pamferova Huť

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Pension,riding-school

Diploma thesis Pension - riding school is processed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located on a parcel file with parc. no. 583/1, 584/1 and 16/1, in the village Vávrovice, which falls under the statutory town of Opava. It is a new basement house, which belongs to the civil, specifically in OB3 terms of fire safety. The building has a cross shape with a central raised portion compared with the lateral sides. The central part has 3 floors and the ground, which can later be used as an attic, two side sections have only 1.NP and attic. The shape of the roof ridge. The building is made of aerated concrete blocks YTONG and fully insulated.
Guest house Heller

The diploma thesis entitled "Guest house Heller" processes project documentation at level for building construction, which is located on the outskirts of the city of Jihlava. The building has 23 accommodation units and a restaurant, with a dedicated barrier-free accommodation unit on the ground floor. It has gained its location on a flat plot of land near a natural park with a pond and public sports fields. The guesthouse is T-shaped, with set-back floors, and is based on reinforced concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures of the upper floors are made of cavity bricks, while the underground floor uses lost formwork. The load-bearing partitions are mainly made of plasterboard. Precast prestressed panels were used for the horizontal structures. The entire building is fitted with external thermal insulation composite system and the roof is designed as a flat vegetated roof with an attic. Aesthetically, Guest house Heller is designed in a combination of white and grey colours, enlivened by beech wood panelling. This thesis provides a comprehensive view of the architectural and structural aspects of the guesthouse, including technical details and material specifications. The building is designed as a nearly-zero energy building.
Business Plan - Establishment of a Pension House

The aim is to determine possible scenarios based on the marketing research in the local area. These variants are being reviewed focusing on the feasibility. Object will be used as a accommodation with an opportunity for hosts using a wellness. The accomondation is in the second and the third floor. Wellness is in the first floor. There are 14 parking lots for cars. The first part of roof is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The second part of roof is designed as a hip roof. The objekt is based on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks. The ceillings and stairs are made of reinforced concrete.
